Equality, Diversity and inclusion- our community :
Our work is based on building meaningful, lasting and respectful relationships between different cultures, and we cannot do this without a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Equality, diversity and inclusion underpin much of the work we do around the world, including arts and culture, inclusive education, English language teaching and testing. Our goal is to develop inclusive programs and projects that connect people with different experiences and backgrounds, in the hope that this will enrich everyone's experiences and create a more inclusive society.

We believe our identity is shaped at the intersection of these areas of diversity, along with characteristics such as socioeconomic status and geographic location. We strive to understand the business, moral/ethical, and legal contexts within our commitment to equality. We are also committed to ensuring that equality, diversity, and inclusion are embedded in all of our programs, projects, events, and services, and to monitoring our progress.
Environmental Initiatives :
The Global English manages its environmental impact in accordance with Japan and international standards.
The Global Englsh recongnises the impact its activities have on the environment and the threat that climate change poses to human prosperity, social justice and quality of life. This is why the Global English is committed to managing and minimising its environmental impact.
